Edmonds Master Bathroom, Driveway, and Bluestone Walkways

Scope of Work:

-Installation of Travertine tile over hydronic in-floor heating system.

-Fabrication and installation of Travertine Base.

-Installation of hand cut 3×6 subway tile.

-Grading and installation of paver driveway.

-Installation of Pennsylvania Bluestone walkways

EVERETT WHOLE HOUSE UPDATE

Scope of Work:

-Removed all existing finishes throughout the home with the exception of the kitchen cabinet boxes. 

-Removed existing bathtub in master bathroom and replaced with a walk-in shower, upgraded finishes, and heated tile.

-Installed new tub enclosure and updated all finishes in the guest bath. 

-New doors, base trim and fresh paint throughout the home.

-Replaced all kitchen cabinet doors and drawer fronts, new plumbing fixtures, and countertops.

Lake Stevens Porch with overhang

Scope of Work:

-Removed existing concrete patio and steps.

-Poured concrete pier blocks to support the new deck and porch loads

-Framed new deck and porch overhang.

-Installed Trex decking. New trim detail and T+G Pine for the porch overhang, skylights, and new can lighting.

*Painting to be completed by homeowner. T+G Pine to retain natural look.

Granite falls whole house renovation

Scope of Work:

*Painting and some woodworks were completed after I moved to Colorado. I did receive one photo of painted work which is the last photo in the set. Professional photos will be uploaded upon receiving them from client.

-Full remodel of Kitchen, Master Bathroom, Master Bedroom, and flooring throughout the home.

-Installed 21′ recessed steel I-Beam in kitchen to bump out wall adding an additional 80 sq feet of kitchen space.

-Replaced siding to match the rest of the home.

-Electrical and Plumbing upgrades throughout the home.

-Installation of custom-built cabinetry in the kitchen, new countertops, and Miele appliances.

-Installation of fold up style window in kitchen creating a passthrough effect to the deck outside.

-Altered layout of the Master Bedroom and Bathroom. 

-Tile Shower with curbless entry.

-Installation of an 8′ LaCantina folding patio door.

-Altered patio area to bring it up to code compliance.

-Raised flooring 1/2″ throughout the home to keep the flooring heights consistent with the 3/16″ LVP.

-Wrapped stairs with LVP and added Board and Batten to the walls.
